			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>This week’s photos are from a bank owned property that was indescribably filthy.  I really can not imagine how a house can get this dirty.  The carpet was extremely dirty throughout the house.  In one bedroom, the carpet looked like it was burned and was missing from another bedroom altogether.  There is a vacuum cleaner in one of the photos that I am sure never worked or was never used. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>This week&#8217;s photos are from a bank owned property.  The house was in terrible condition.  There was a hole in the floor by the back door and you could see into the crawl space.  Water had leaked in and the subfloor was rotting away.  The hole by the back door was small compared to the hole in the kitchen.  I am not sure what caused this hole but it was huge.  I was very careful as I walked through this house not knowing if I would encounter any other holes or not!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>The past three weeks have been photos that were, well, disgusting.&#160; (Another thank you to <a href="http://www.lsweetappraisals.com/">lsweetappraisals.com</a> who submitted <a href="http://rebliss.com/blog/2009/10/29/real-estate-photos-of-the-week-2/" target="_blank">last weeks photos</a>)&#160; Unfortunately, most of the foreclosed properties that I appraise are in terrible condition and in need of a lot of repairs.&#160; This weeks photos are from a home that was in foreclosure.&#160; The pictures are not disgusting, but they still might hurt your eyes.&#160; These photos were not altered and their color was not enhanced.&#160; And yes, in each room the walls were painted to match the carpet color!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Each week I will be posting photos of some of the crazy things I see while doing real estate appraisals.&#160; This weeks photos are from a bank owned property.&#160; I am not sure how long the house had been vacant.&#160; The house was absolutely disgusting.&#160; The brown and white spots on the floor are animal feces.&#160; I am guessing that the owner vacated the property and left one or more dogs inside the house.&#160; I had to wear a gas mask to do this appraisal.&#160; </p>
