I use Google Chrome as my web browser and was happy when Google released Chrome version 4.0 that added bookmark syncing and extensions.
You can enable bookmark sync to synchronize your bookmarks on all of your computers so that when you create a bookmark on one computer, it’s automatically added across all your computers. This means that you won’t need to manually recreate the bookmark each time you switch computers.
Google notes that the bookmarks are stored on users’ Google account alongside Google Docs and sync via XMPP. This allows you to keep your browser bookmarks in sync no matter which of your computers you are using.
How to sync your bookmarks in Google Chrome
Step 1: Click on the Tools Button
and click on Synchronize my Bookmarks.
Step 2: Enter your Google account information.
Step 3: Confirm that you want to merge and sync your bookmarks.
Your bookmarks are now stored in your Google account.
Repeat this process on every computer you use! Now when you add a bookmark to one computer, it is automatically added to your other computers.

Online Bookmark Manager – Stores and syncs your Firefox bookmarks with its server.
BookKit.com – You can install the IE plugin and the Firefox addon across different computers to synchronize your bookmarks with the BookKit server.
BookmarkSync – Another application that will run in your system try and monitor your browser bookmarks. It will sync your bookmarks across browsers and across computers. You can access your bookmarks on its site too.
SyncBookmarks.com/ It keeps your bookmarks and favorites up to date between browsers on your computer. It does not require any Internet server to sync your bookmarks, so your favorites are better protected from unauthorized access.
Sync2it.com/ It keeps your favorites synchronized on all your machines and all of your browsers, and keeps your personal bookmarks private.
