Hi Bryan,

Evernote is definitely one of those tools you can easily become addicted to as you find more and more uses. One of the problems a lot of real estate firms have as they decide to go paperless, is finding effective ways to not only store their data, but also sharing information amongst their team members, partners and customers. At Oxygen, we've developed a solution to help real estate agents work remotely, yet still have secure access to the latest electronic versions of forms, contracts, photos etc, associated with all of their properties. Our solution archives this data and allows for secure access, elimating the need for emailing documents or using USB drives. You can read a blog I recently posted here, http://www.oxygencloud.com/blog/how-real-estate-business-distributed-team-going-paperless-oxygen-and-scansnap

Feel free to try out the software for free and don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Thanks for the info Healy! Real Estate Appraisers usually have a lot of files that must be kept for 5 years. Your company looks like a good solution to safely and easily store the files.

Bryan,

Evernote is a really useful application and I'm blown away by how many different ways people use it. One other way to get the most out of Evernote is to use my company, pixily.com, to get your paper documents into Evernote. We scan and make your paper text searchable PDFs that you can store in your private Evernote account. Now you don't need any to have anymore filing cabinets!!

Please contact me if you have any questions; we also have a free trial so you can try the service without any commitment.

Thanks,
