I hope everyone has a safe and happy Christmas. Real estate appraisers saw a lot of changes in 2009 including the HVCC. 2010 will bring more changes with appraisers becoming more mobile, geolocation, the real time web, and streaming video.
Thank you for all of the support and encouragement this year. It has been a fun year and I have made some great friends. I really appreciate all that you contribute to REbliss.
