Real Estate Photos of the Week 12/04/2009

by Bryan McDonald

This week’s photos are from a bank owned property.  The house was full of trash and severely damaged.  I am not sure what happened to the inside of this house but most of the walls had holes in them or were missing the drywall altogether.  The kitchen stove was missing and it looks like someone tried to remove the dishwasher.

When houses look like this, I suspect most of the time the damage comes from squatters rather than the former homeowners.

I believe you are right. Squatters or someone broke into the house and vandalized it.
