http://topify.com/ – Better Twitter email notifications. You can follow people back by just replying back to an email. You can also reply back to direct messages.
http://www.slatebox.com/Index – Collaborative mindmap application. Share ideas in real time.
http://www.voicememe.com/ – Voicemail for your website or blog. Your very own personal voicemail box that you can customize and embed in any web site. Voicemails are emailed to you. The service is free. The catch is that before a user can record a voicemail, he or she must listen to a short commercial.
http://taweet.com/ – scheduled Tweets for the future. Taweet features threaded discussion and multiple account management.
http://listiti.com/ Monitor Twitter Lists for keywords. Get free email alerts whenever a keyword appears in Twitter Lists of your choice.
http://www.bestplaces.net/COL/ Compare the cost of living in two different cities. They show your two cities side-by-side in all the categories you need, such as taxes, housing, food, and other costs.
