This week’s photos are from a bank owned property. The house was in terrible condition. There was a hole in the floor by the back door and you could see into the crawl space. Water had leaked in and the subfloor was rotting away. The hole by the back door was small compared to the hole in the kitchen. I am not sure what caused this hole but it was huge. I was very careful as I walked through this house not knowing if I would encounter any other holes or not!
