The following photos are from a house that was banked owned. The house was full of trash and had some deferred maintenance (like most do). This particular house had a basement that had a custom paint job. It looked like a paint can exploded in the basement. I can only imagine that someone told their child they could paint the basement not knowing that they would end up with paint splattered on every wall and hand prints scattered all over the place.

I don’t think that house smelled bad, it was just full of stuff!
