The past three weeks have been photos that were, well, disgusting. (Another thank you to lsweetappraisals.com who submitted last weeks photos) Unfortunately, most of the foreclosed properties that I appraise are in terrible condition and in need of a lot of repairs. This weeks photos are from a home that was in foreclosure. The pictures are not disgusting, but they still might hurt your eyes. These photos were not altered and their color was not enhanced. And yes, in each room the walls were painted to match the carpet color!
